Ferries to Iraklia

There are ferries to Iraklia island directly from Piraeus, the main port of Athens.  A ferry to Iraklia usually needs about 7 hours, depending on the vessel and the ferry route.
Except from Piraeus, there are also ferries to Iraklia from:
Amorgos, Aegiali – Amorgos, Katapola – Donoussa – Koufonissi – Mykonos – Naxos – Paros – Schinoussa – Syros.

The most popular ferry routes to Iraklia are from the ports of Naxos, Piraeus (Athens), Amorgos (Katapola) and Paros. Note that Paros has an international airport and Naxos a national airport with flights from Athens. Visitors can get there by plane and then reach Iraklia by ferry.
