Kendros beach

Sandy, Non-Organised, Secluded, Nudism Friendly

Location: 1km from port of Donoussa

This is a beautiful sandy beach located 1km from the port of Donoussa. Kendros Beach was voted one of the 8 best Beaches of 2018 by Forbes.

At Kendros beach you can enjoy scuba diving as there is a German shipwreck which was sunk by a British aircraft during the Second World War.

Kendros is free from road traffic, and there is a beach bar that provide drinks and snacks.

Livadi beach

Sandy, Non-Organised, Secluded, Nudism Friendly

Location: 5km east of Donoussa

Livadi beach is one of the longest beaches on Donnousa and has lovely crystal-clear waters. This is one of the most popular beaches but never gets overcrowded. It takes around 20min if you want to walk to Mersini, the next village.

You will find some accommodation options in the area. Camping is also a bit more popular during the summer.

The beach can be reached by car or by boat.

Port beach

Partly Organised, Sandy, Harbor

Location: 500m from Donoussa

Port beach is close to the port of Donoussa and is the most crowded beach on the island. There are tourist amenities around the beach which makes it very pleasant. You can find accommodation facilities in the area like hotels and taverns.

Kalotaritissa beach

Sandy, Non-Organised

Location: 10km north of Donnousa

This is a lovely sandy beach that can be found at the village of Kalotaritissa. This spot is perfect for snorkelling and lovely for sunbathing. The nature around the beach is rocky and barren. No camping or nudism allowed on the beach.

Fikio beach

Pebbled, Non-Organised, Nudism Friendly, Secluded

Location: 6km east of Donoussa

Fikio beach is situated in a small cove near the village of Mersini. It is very remote and offers privacy to its visitors. You can reach the beach by boat which will be easier than by road as it is a track to get to the beach.

Stavros beach

Sandy

Stavros beach can be found in the harbour of Stavros. The beach is sandy and the waters turquoise. This is one of the most popular beaches and has easy access and tourist amenities.

Vathi Limenari beach

Pebbled, Secluded

Vathi Limenari beach can be found on the southern side of the island. It is very secluded and has a pebbled beach. The beach is only accessible by boat.

Mesa Ammos beach

Secluded, Sandy

Mesa Ammos is two sandy beaches located on the bay of Kalotaritissa. The calm turquoise waters offer peace and tranquillity to its visitors. The beaches are secluded and offers panoramic views of the island.

Tripiti beach

Sandy, secluded

Tripiti beach is located on the northern side of the island. The beach is secluded and offers peace and tranquillity to anyone who needs it.

Xilovatis beach

Sandy

This is another beautiful beach but due to its location it faces the north winds. It is always advisable to check the weather before visiting the beach.

Ammoudi beach

Pebbled, secluded

This pebbled beach is secluded with crystal clear waters and peaceful atmosphere. Ammoudi can be reached by path from the village of Stavros.
